The History of AI

To help students understand the history of AI and to contextualize its rapid growth over the last few years, students in Artificial Intelligence 1.0 would be asked to create an AI timeline to see past growth and predict future trends.  Conducting research, they could also relate each of the seminal moments of growth to impacts in the workforce as these changes have both positive impacts on work efficiency and negative impacts of eliminating task-oriented positions in the workplace.
